1. Be "Kaizen"
We believe in the Japanese "kaizen"methods of continuous improvement for the "just in time delivery", "total quality control" and "total quality management", practices to satisfy our clients.
2. Concentrate on establishing a business and personal relationship first.
Many Japanese companies prefer a partnership to be a long-term. They would like to know who they are dealing with as much as you would. Spot contracts often do not produce actual business.
3. Keep communication flowing.
